We aim to deliver stocked items within 3 to 5 working days Monday to Saturday, unless it needs alterations in which case we aim for 10 to 14 working days. Our website allows us to update you at every stage of your orders progress, including an email when your items have been dispatched.
There may be a delay if your item is not in stock or if a query appears on your order, if that is the case we will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery date.
We offer FREE standard delivery on all UK mainland orders with the Royal Mail on all orders. These are dispatched as a second class service. If you need the items sooner, there is an option to select express delivery at checkout where a charge would apply. All express deliveries are sent with the courier DPD.
Any order over £35.00 will have free standard delivery upgraded to express delivery at no extra cost. This is a fully tracked service that can provide you with real time updates for time of arrival. Express delivery does require a signature from the receiver for proof of delivery. In the event our courier tries to deliver when no one is home, a contact card will be left to let you know what you should do next. In some instances it may be left with a neighbour, dropped off to a nearby pick-up store or have delivery attempted the following day, however you will be informed of this through the calling card that is left for you.

We will not accept liability for damage or loss of goods or shortage in delivery unless you tell us within 14 days from the date you place your order or, in the case of total loss, from the date the order has been sent.
